We aim to make this as stress free a process as possible. We also advise in relation to transfers of property between family members, voluntary transfers of property for tax purposes and creating Trusts for family lands.

Civil
Litigation
This is an area where we feel strongly about promoting and utilising alternative dispute resolution techniques. We advise and support our Clients in non adversarial and non contentious processes and solutions to their legal problems. We have a proven ability to successfully represent clients in an array of civil litigation proceedings such as defamation, injunctive relief applications, land disputes, etc.

Family
Law
This is a key practice area of interest for us and one which we strive to be understanding, knowledgeable and professional. We are constantly updating our skills in this unique area of law and are active members of the Irish Family Lawyers Association. We are skilled district and circuit court practitioners with extensive experience in guardianship, access, maintenance, assisted human reproduction situations, custody, relocation applications, divorce and judicial separation. We believe in a collaborative approach which is results focused.

A tricky area of law and one which we assure attention to the necessary details.

Wills, Power of Attorney and Probate
We fully appreciate the stress and upset a probate application can bring and we aim to execute our duty to the estate and the deceased and our Clients with the necessary and appropriate level of care and expertise.
