We understand that buying or selling a home can be both an exciting and anxious time whether you’re a first time buyer or moving up or down the property ladder. We aim to make this as stress free a process as possible. We also advise in relation to transfers of property between family members, voluntary transfers of property for tax purposes and creating Trusts for family lands.

Wills, Power of Attorney and Probate

We fully appreciate the stress and upset a probate application can bring and we aim to deal with our duty to the estate, the deceased person’s wishes and our Clients with the necessary and appropriate level of care and expertise. Similarly, with making a Will or creating a Power of Attorney we explain the process and advise fully on all issues. As an active member of the Solicitors for the Elderly organisation in Ireland we have a particular interest in ensuring older persons rights are protected and upheld.
